Another perfect day for one of the best marathons in the world! Challenging as any you'll find out there, but the
clean pine-scented air and break-taking views are
worth the effort. If you're tired of the mass transit marathon, then
this one is for you. You start right in town (where you can stay) and
you end back at the same place for easy logistics and fan meeting. And
it's really cheap! I keep on telling the Y to raise the price.

This marathon is reputed to be the second toughest behind Pike's Peak...don't forget to train running downhill...your quads will appreciate it. :) |

I ran with a Minolta DiMAGE X digital camera and took about 150 pics of which 99 turned out. See thewrm-1 series below. My friend, Mike, got another 40 shots on a Canon Digital Rebel--they are the wrm-2 series below.
