What a great marathon! Challenging as any you'll find out there, but the views are worth the effort. If you're tired of the mass transit marathon, then this one is for you. You start right in town (where you can stay) and you end back at the same place for easy logistics and fan meeting. And it's really cheap! I keep on telling the Y to raise the price. :) PS

This marathon is reputed to be the second toughest behind Pike's Peak...don't forget to train running downhill...your quads will appreciate it. :)
I ran with a
Minolta DiMAGE X digital camera and took about 150 pics of which about
100 turned out. Hint: Disable the flash and set speed a
little faster to account for bouncing.
